Meet Dr. Michael Reed

It is a privilege to be part of this profession, and that comes with great responsibility to treat my patients with kindness and respect to the best of my abilities. Our practice has worked hard to make visits fun, convenient, and affordable.

I have learned so much from my patients, and take great satisfaction in seeing so many of “our smiles” in the community. It is a blessing to be able to be such a positive part of our patients’ lives, and it is very enjoyable to follow where their lives lead them.

Undergraduate degree – Juniata College
Doctorate of Dental Surgery – West Virginia School of Dentistry, 1994
Master of Science in Orthodontics – West Virginia University Orthodontic department, 1997

As an orthodontist, my dedication to better the lives of young people goes well beyond the day-to-day duties of our orthodontic practice. My commitment to my patients includes continual post-doctoral training to add to my expertise. Much of my current continuing education has focused on technology and how we can make orthodontics easier, more efficient, and cost-effective for our patients.

Outside the Office

I currently reside in Bedford County, where I was born and raised. My wife, Cindy, and I have two daughters, Sydney and Lexie. I am actively involved in coaching girl's youth basketball and softball, and can usually be found on the court or field with my kids. I am also active with Crossroads Bible Church in Bedford, PA.
